Yes, we require renters insurance. Residents must carry a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. Proof of insurance is required before move-in and must remain active throughout the lease.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 4th.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50 late fee is charged on the 4th, plus an additional $10 per day until paid in full.
